I specialize in creative for social change because I want the work to matter.

When done well, it persuades people to see the issue in a new perspective, modify their behavior and ultimately change the world. It has been my privilege to advocate for causes that range from promoting solar energy to fighting discrimination…from encouraging sexual health and traffic safety…to fighting for food security and against family violence. I also led a team that developed a food portion control app that successfully empowered people to cut food waste.

I have been a D&AD judge for the high-social-impact categories of Environmental Sustainability, and Responsible Production & Consumption. This is the most prestigious and difficult-to-win awards competition in design and advertising, worldwide. Being selected as a judge was one of the highest honors of my career. 

Prior to arriving in New York, I was Executive Creative Director and creative lead at Canada’s marketing-communications ‘Agency of the Decade,’ TAXI, on its largest account and supervised work in offices across the country.

In the interest of continuing my professional education and developing my career, I completed the AIGA: Creative Leaders Program, at the Yale School of Management. Learning from some of the most accomplished minds in business and creativity has inspired me anew. That’s all for now.
